March Review
This month was a very light month. With my wife having surgery right before the start of the month slowed down my play and also we have been booming at my office. My wife is doing great and I am always happy when work is busy. But the amount of time I played this month did suffer. On the month I did accomplish a few things. I spent a bit of time playing 10/20 on Stars and pretty much held my own. I had two nice winning sessions and one losing one where I got outdrawn on a couple of big pots so was even to slightly down. However, I did feel perfectly comfortable playing at those levels and I don’t feel it effected my game at all. I also spent quite a bit of time playing 5/10 and was positive there also. I still think 3/6 is my limit of choice right now. I feel that my game is average at best for 10/20, slightly above average at 5/10, but is a fair amount better than the 3/6. I do like to test myself at times at the higher levels so I will continue doing this until I feel I am well above average at the 5/10 level before moving to that level regularly. Anyways, enough of the cash game talk. As I have said before cash games are boring and I don’t want this to be boring at all. As far as tournaments go I had one of my best overall months ever. I had my highest ever finish on Stars Monthly TLB. On the month I have made 3 Final Tables on Stars. I have 2 4th place finishes in a Limit Holdem and I won nice little Pot Limit Tournament. Nothing over 1K but a few nice cashes. I have also been pleased with the frequency with which I am cashing and making the final table or final 2 tables. The idea is to put myself there regularly and the big cashes will come. I didn’t have a huge $$$ month but I have been playing very good. For the month I was accomplished a couple of things money wise. I was able to start getting my online bankroll a little healthier and I was able to cash out $1,000. This gives me a total of $4,100 on the year. I am starting to think that my original goal is going to be pretty tough to get to but I am just 1 win away from being back on track. I didn’t want to make it an easily attainable but something to keep me going when I was tired and it was getting late in a tournament. On a side note I didn’t play near as much as I plan on playing in the coming months. With some personal issues with my wife recovering from yet another surgery and my business experiencing some amazing growth along with having to fire my Recruitment and Retention Coordinator I have been amazingly busy with things other than poker. April will not be much better but hopefully by May I can really start focusing on playing a little more and getting back to playing in the PokerAnalysis Freeroll and Buyin Leagues. My wife should have her last surgery in April and then be on her way to being cancer free for the rest of her life. That will call for a post in the Boasts and Brags section of PokerAnalysis. Good luck to all of us in the coming month.

Hey Razrback glad to hear that your business is booming and that your wife is coming along with breast cancer. Also, use www.pokerhand.org and put interesting cash game hands up and tournament hands will make cash games less boring.
You went deep in just about every tournament I saw you in and had a very high in the money rate. I see the care you put into each tournament descision and its only a matter of time before you get the big score. Glad to hear your wife is doing much better and best of luck in the coming months, unless of course we are heads up haha. Hit me up if you ever need a railer and I am there.
