February Review

Well this month turned out to be another bad month. It seems like I have been bleeding off money all month. I managed to only cash out a total of $900 for the month which puts me even further behind the pace I need to hit my goal. 2 months in I have only cashed out $3100 and need to have about $7,500. So, as you can see, I'm about $4,400 behind my goal. I really had no tournament cashes to speak of and luckily was able to make a few bucks on the cash games and also have a small win while playing 10/20 at The Mirage and 8/16 at The Bellagio. I actually didn't play that many MTT's and played very few Heads up SNG's but spent most of my time playing 2 or 3 2/4 or 3/6 Limit tables. I truely don't understand how those that only play MTT's can do it. I just don't have the skill level to consistantly cash in those not to bleed my bankroll off when I hit a bad streak. I am streaky in those and when I am cashing I usually am cashing alot. The main goal for the month though was to get my wife through her hysterectomy. We accomplished that I will call this a very successful month. Next will be another masectomy in March or April and then we should be finished with all of that. Definitely a very rough year personally. Luckily poker has allowed me a couple of hours of relief most nights. Hopefully March turn out to be a break through month and I have some huge wins to report. Good luck in March to all reading and myself.
