1/1 to 1/7

So far this year has started off with a bang. I wasn’t sure if my hot steak would carry over to the new year but so far it has. The year started with a little bit of a run at the 2/4 and 3/6 and then I’ve won probably 10 of 15 $20 heads up Sit-n-go’s. But the real run started on Wednesday when I finished 2nd in the nightly $20+2 2K Guarantee on Titan Poker for $408. The next night I played on PokerStars nightly $20+2 23:30. Over 650 signed up boosting 1st place to over $3,400. I played great but made a bad read at the Final Table to bust out 9th to collect about $220. The very next night the hot streak continued when I played the nightly $20+2 2K Guarantee on Titan Poker again but this time I closed the deal out to finish 1st and collect $762. Saturday I really didn’t play much as I was a little tired after 2 straight late nights but I did manage a nice run on UltimateBet and PokerStars at the 2/4 tables and then a 3 straight $20+1 heads up SNG wins to turn a nice profit without playing but about 1.5 hours. This closed out a very nice first week to the year and if I can continue this type of success then I will be able to exceed my profit goal.
