January Review

I’m mainly going to just review my tournament cashes and overall play along with the profit for the month. Cash games can be boring and I definitely don’t want this to be boring. For the month I managed to cash out $2,200. People can count wins and losses however they want but over many years of gambling online I found the only thing that really matters is how much hits my bank account. So what if I win 2K on Friday if by Monday I’ve lost it all back. Money withdrawn from Neteller is how my success will be calculated. I need to average $3,750 in order to hit my goal so as you can see I am a little behind already. I do expect this to be normal though as I fully expect to have some months like this and some very big months depending on the MTT cashes. So overall I’m neither happy or disappointed. I came very close in a couple of tournaments that would have easily moved me well ahead of the pace I need to keep. On to the tournament highlights. I had 7 top 10 finishes on the month. This makes me very excited. I managed a win at Titan, 2 FT’s at Stars and another 1K plus cash at AP. These were the biggest for me. I am always very happy to get a win and any Final Table at Stars is something you can be proud. Finish the month off with a cash for over 1K @ AP and I feel the tournaments treated me well. The middle of the month at the cash games is where I was the most disappointed. I had a bad run of second best it seemed but hopefully started to right that near the end. The big months will come when it is all clicking and my cash game play and MTT play are both going good. Hopefully everyone had a successful month and we can all have a big February.
